How to grow Wreckage
Taste
Seb's take
S.A.G.E. brings an Afghani-grounded structure to rein in Trainwreck, whose spiny, unruly growth can leave a room looking exactly like its name suggests. Earthy lime, tropical lemon and sage on the nose, with a talkative, uplifted, happy high that dries the mouth as it relaxes you. Sixteen per cent THC — a true connoisseur's Sativa.
Where it comes from
T.H. Seeds crossed S.A.G.E. with Trainwreck, chosen for both their similarities and their differences. Both carry uplifting sativa highs a connoisseur can appreciate; the growth is another matter. Trainwreck is spiny and unruly, apt to leave a room looking exactly like its name suggests, while S.A.G.E., with its Afghani bottom, grounds the pair and brings an explosive, indica-influenced structure that reins the Trainwreck line into order. A marriage of temperament as much as flavour.
Nose & flavour
Earthy lime and tropical lemon lead, bright and citric, with sage threading a savoury, herbal note through the middle. The record credits the menthol edge of the Trainwreck side and the spicy sandalwood of the S.A.G.E. — together a flavour-packed, tongue-numbing draw. It is a busy, layered nose: citrus and menthol up top, spice and sandalwood beneath. Loud in the good sense, and complex with it.
The high
Talkative, uplifted, happy — a bright sativa lift that gets the conversation going, drying the mouth as it relaxes you. It is a connoisseur's sativa by the record's account, the sort of clear, sociable high that keeps you engaged rather than sinking you. Keep water within reach for the dry mouth and enjoy the momentum. THC sits at a modest 16%, so the lift is bright without being overwhelming.
Growing it
A feminized plant of medium stature, 120 to 160cm, with the S.A.G.E. structure bringing order to what would otherwise be Trainwreck's chaos. Flowering runs to 60 days, around nine weeks at a standard pace. Yields are modest at 350 g/m² — this is a quality-over-quantity plant. The Trainwreck side can still sprawl, so a little training keeps the room from earning its name. THC 16%, CBD 1.0%. Give her the space and the structure holds.
