Where it comes from
Bubblegum's candy-sweet signature is the whole point of the exercise, and it survives the crossing to Ruderalis entirely intact. T.H. Seeds paired the classic with some of the toughest Ruderalis genetics going, producing a durable, mostly-indica autoflower that keeps the flavour while gaining the convenience. The Ruderalis lends nothing to the taste and everything to the temperament — hardy, quick, and forgiving. The sweetness, mercifully, is all Bubblegum.
Nose & flavour
The nose is exactly as advertised: sweet, fruity and candied, with an earthy base underneath and a citrus lift on top. Complex for an autoflower, and unmistakably confectionery in character — this is the strain wearing its name on its sleeve. The earth keeps it from tipping into the cloying; the citrus keeps it lively. A genuinely pleasant thing to grind.

Happy and creative at the outset, euphoric through the middle, before the indica constitution takes charge and settles matters into the sitting-down sort. A sociable, upbeat opening that gives way to something considerably more restful. You will not be needed elsewhere this evening once it finds its level.

An easy grow, by all accounts — the Ruderalis genetics make it about as forgiving as autoflowers come. Flowering runs seventy to seventy-seven days, roughly ten to eleven weeks from seed, and the plant reaches a moderate hundred to a hundred and twenty-five centimetres. Yields sit between 300 and 450g per square metre of heavy, resinous bud. A sensible choice for the grower who wants results without a fuss, and one that rewards even the conscientious with juicy returns for modest effort.
