How to grow Auto Mk-Ultra
Taste
Seb's take
Named for a rather less relaxing government programme, though the effect here is the opposite of coercive. Earthy, pungent and pine on the nose; the high is relaxed, sleepy and euphoric, from a compact, multiple-Cup-winning plant that finishes in nine weeks with 450g/m² to show for it.
Where it comes from
Named for a rather less relaxing chapter of government history, though the effect here is the opposite of coercive. T.H. Seeds crossed the multiple-Cup-winning MK Ultra with Ruderalis for the automatic habit, keeping the indica-dominant character while adding speed and convenience. The standard version has taken its share of cannabis cups, which makes this an obvious pick for the autoflower enthusiast. A decorated parent, quickly and faithfully rendered.
Nose & flavour
Earthy and woody at the base, distinctly pungent, with pine and a thread of sweetness over the top — a full, grounded nose. The pungency is the first thing you notice; the pine lends freshness, the sweetness a little softness, the earth and wood the weight beneath. A rich, characterful profile true to its award-winning heritage, and no shrinking violet in the jar.
The high
Relaxed and sleepy at heart, with euphoria, happiness and an uplifted lift threaded through — a well-rounded arc that eases you down without dropping you. The record keeps THC to a simple high, so let the effect describe the strength: a substantial, restful experience better suited to the evening than the morning. Composed and agreeable, and firmly of the sitting-down sort by the finish.
Growing it
An easy, no-fuss grow that suits the impatient — dense, resinous buds in just nine weeks, with flowering around sixty-three days. She stays compact, a hundred to a hundred and twenty-five centimetres and unlikely to exceed 1.2m, which suits limited space and can be reined in further with a little training. Yields reach up to 450g per square metre despite the lightning pace. Quick, compact and productive; the Cup-winning heritage arrives on a schedule a beginner can happily keep.
