Skunk #1 crossed with the fast Dutch strain Viking, bred short enough for a balcony or cabinet and topping out around a metre. Lemon on the nose; the high is relaxing, uplifted, happy and focused, with yields that arrive in as little as six weeks of flower.
Where it comes from
Kera Seeds crossed Skunk #1 with the fast Dutch strain Viking, drawing on Afghani indica genetics through the line, to raise a potent 60 percent indica hybrid. The name points at the plant's chief virtue, a short flower and a quick harvest, and the breeding was clearly aimed at growers short on both space and patience. A hardy, dependable cross that has found favour with amateurs and commercial growers alike, precisely because it asks so little and returns promptly.
Nose & flavour
Lemon leads, the citrus being the note the record singles out. It is a clean, bright profile rather than a busy one, the sort of lemon that reads fresh instead of sour. No elaborate layering claimed here, and I will not add any: a straightforward citrus nose on a Skunk-rooted plant, honest about what it is.
The high
Relaxing, uplifted, happy and focused, a well-balanced set that keeps the mood bright without pinning you down. The indica lean grounds it, but the effect stays sociable and clear-headed rather than sedating.
