Where it comes from
Green House Seeds finally addressed Super Lemon Haze's oldest complaint. The strain was always praised for vigour and production, but its weak stem structure sent many growers looking elsewhere, so here the breeder crossed it with Banana Punch as part of a rejuvenated run of US and landrace limited editions. The cross keeps the coveted Super Lemon Haze character while improving the stem structure and boosting calyx and resin production, along with a more complex terpene profile. A fault corrected, in other words, rather than merely a flavour added.
Nose & flavour
Citrus meets sweet banana on the nose in short order, the Haze lemon and the Banana Punch fruit sharing the aroma between them. It is a blend of citrus and sweet fruits, brighter and more layered than the parent line thanks to the boosted terpene profile the cross was bred for. A forward, fruited scent that carries the family's citrus signature alongside its new partner's softer sweetness.
The high
The effect leans toward the psychoactive side, bodily and mental both. It arrives uplifted and happy, lifting the mood cleanly before settling into something more relaxed as it goes on.
