Bred in collaboration with the mythical Urban Remo out of University of British Columbia stock, Remo Chemo is a self-cross that keeps its own good name. Earthy, black-peppered on the nose, with a narcotic high at 24% THC that arrives with genuinely psychoactive moments. A hardy indica built for dry climates, unbothered by topping or defoliation.
Where it comes from
Dinafem list this as a self-cross — Remo Chemo bred back to itself to fix its traits — and the record traces the line to a collaboration with Urban Remo, a near-mythical figure among growers, working from strain development stock out of the University of British Columbia in Canada. A Canadian pedigree, in short, stabilised by a well-regarded hand. The self-cross keeps the character consistent from seed to seed, which is rather the point of the exercise.
Nose & flavour
The record gives a clear and unusual note: earthy, with a distinct black-pepper edge.
