Where it comes from
Green House trace The Church to a Swiss sativa called Erdbeer — Strawberry, in German — crossed by Dutch breeders onto Super Skunk and Northern Lights. Two heavyweight names lend the potency and the structure; the Swiss strawberry side brings something sweeter and more particular. Sixty percent indica in the balance. The buds come dense and sticky, light green with orange hairs and a faint tinge of purple. A well-composed hybrid with an unusual berry in its background.
Nose & flavour
The nose is sweet with a spiced edge and a sour lift — the Erdbeer strawberry showing through the Skunk pungency. Rich and layered, more confectionery than fuel, the sourness keeping the sweetness sharp. Sweet leads, spice grounds it, sour brightens. A characterful profile that gives away the strawberry sativa hiding in the lineage.
