Where it comes from
Heavyweight Seeds placed Superb OG in their Original Gangsta family, crossing Hindu Kush with Chemdawg, two very distinct and well-known strains. The strong cerebral effects and the pungent diesel aroma are mostly the Chemdawg's doing, and that parent is a cornerstone in its own right, the source of many now-established strains including OG Kush and Sour Diesel. So the lineage traces back through Chemdawg to half the fuel-scented family tree, which explains a good deal about the nose before you ever open the jar.

A pungent diesel aroma that announces the lineage plainly, inherited straight from the Chemdawg side of the family. It is a loud, fuel-forward nose, the kind that carries and does not hide its parentage, the Hindu Kush grounding it with a heavier, earthier weight beneath. A forceful, recognisable scent in keeping with its cornerstone heritage, and honest about exactly where it came from.
The high
A balanced effect that draws on both sides evenly. The head runs uplifting and euphoric, the Chemdawg cerebral character keeping the mind engaged, while a strong, calming body high settles underneath from the indica side. At 60 per cent indica to 40 sativa the balance tilts gently toward the body, but neither half overrules the other, giving a well-matched high rather than a lopsided one. Potent, even-handed company.
