Where it comes from
Runtz put through Barney's Farm's own Super Auto line, the house crossing its take on the modern classic with a stable ruderalis-backed strain to hand it the autoflowering habit. The object was to keep everything that made Runtz worth growing while trading the photoperiod schedule for a self-governing one. Super Auto #1 supplies the calendar and the hardiness; the Runtz side supplies all the character worth the name. A faithful conversion, in short.
Nose & flavour
Tropical fruit and sweetness, carried across from the parent undiminished by the shortcut, bright, candied and unmistakably Runtz. The gassy edge of the photoperiod version softens a touch here, leaving the fruit more to the fore. A dessert of a nose, and no less loud for the auto conversion. It travels, and openly.

It settles quickly. Relaxed and euphoric with a calming finish, indica-dominant throughout, a warm, easy drop rather than a racing lift.
