The same Sensi Star and Warlock cross, and the same fair warning applies — don't underestimate this one. Sweet with that faint fresh-paint edge on the nose; the body-stone is vigorous enough to lock you to the couch while the mind stays busy with ideas. The sitting-down sort, decisively.
Where it comes from
Serious Seeds crossed Sensi Star with Warlock for this regular strain, seventy per cent indica, and the record's fair warning is not to underestimate it. The name plays at motivation, which is a small joke at the plant's own expense given where the effect actually leaves you. Two strong parents lend the potency and the body weight, and the seed bank is candid about the result being overwhelming. A regular line with a self-aware sense of humour and no illusions about its own effect.
Nose & flavour
A powerful sweet aroma leads, with subtle notes reminiscent of fresh paint starting to show during flowering, alongside flowery, chemical and diesel character. The sweetness is the first thing you notice, the fresh-paint and fuel edges giving it an unexpected sharpness underneath. It is a pungent, distinctive nose, more industrial than fruity. Sweet up front, with a chemical bite that keeps it interesting.
The high
The effect is a vigorous body-stone, overwhelming enough that the record advises against underestimating it, and you might just find yourself locked to the couch for a while. As the body sinks, the mind fills with creativity, so the head stays busy even as the limbs give up. It is the sitting-down sort, decisively, whatever the name would have you believe.
