How to grow G13 Haze
Taste
Seb's take
Tropical fruit, spice, and citrus from a G13 and Hawaiian Sativa cross — short in stature, high in yield, true Sativa energy throughout. The high lifts uplifting and euphoric, happy without tipping into scatter. A compact plant that punches well above its height.
Where it comes from
Barney's Farm crossed G13 with a Hawaiian Sativa for this one, a pairing that lands 80% sativa. The G13 lends the potency and the resin, the Hawaiian Sativa the tropical brightness and the true sativa energy, and the result is a short, high-yielding plant with a high THC level. A cross that folds heavyweight indica genetics into a sativa-leaning frame, which is a more interesting balance than either parent manages on its own.
Nose & flavour
Tropical fruit leads the nose, drawn straight from the Hawaiian Sativa parentage, with spice giving it depth and citrus sharpening the finish. It is a bright, warm profile rather than a heavy one, the tropical and citrus notes carrying the character. A clean, sunny aroma that suits the sativa lean and keeps the whole thing lively on the inhale.
The high
Uplifting and euphoric, happy through the middle, a bright sativa-led experience that lifts without tipping into scatter. The G13 beneath lends it enough weight to stay coherent, so the energy arrives with a floor under it. A cheerful, heady high suited to the daylight hours, the Hawaiian Sativa setting the pace and the G13 keeping it honest. Amenable company for getting things done.
Growing it
A feminized line flowering in 65 to 70 days, staying a compact 100 to 110cm, which is short for a plant this sativa-heavy and one of her chief virtues. The yield lands at 550 g/m², a solid return from a small frame. At 22% THC with 1.2% CBD she carries genuine strength alongside a touch of balance. A compact plant that punches well above its height, well suited to a grower who wants sativa character without the sativa stretch to wrestle.
