Seb Silverback

A Haze crossed into Dutch genetics, citrus, mango, and diesel on the nose with a pungent lemon edge. The high is energetic, talkative, and focused — sociable in the way trophy-winning Hazes tend to be, and rather less demanding to grow than her reputation suggests.

Where it comes from

Paradise Seeds built her from a Haze crossed into Dutch genetics. The record keeps the second half deliberately vague, but the Haze half is unmistakable in her lift and her lineage. A 70 percent sativa, and a trophy winner in her own right. One of the more manageable Hazes to grow, which is part of her appeal, but a Haze through and through in flavour and effect.

Nose & flavour

A bright, complex nose: citrus and lemon up front, ripe mango behind, with a pungent diesel undercurrent giving it some grip. The fruit keeps it lively while the fuel keeps it serious. This is not a discreet aroma; it carries, and it rewards a proper cure. Among the more characterful noses in the sativa camp.

The high

Energetic, happy and uplifted, talkative and focused with it, a thoroughly sociable head in the way trophy-winning Hazes tend to be. The record notes the effect is both stimulating and long-lasting, so settle in for a while. Daytime company, built for conversation and getting things done, at a listed 17 to 21 percent THC.

Growing it

Feminized, finishing in sixty-three to seventy days, around sixty-seven, and holding a manageable 80 to 130cm, short for a Haze, which counts in her favour. Indoor yields sit at 500 g/m². The record is candid that she is not one for beginners: rated medium difficulty, wanting careful feeding and attention to give her best. Give her that and she is far less demanding than her Haze reputation suggests. A rewarding grow for someone with a season or two behind them.
