Blueberry on the nose, and relaxed is the whole of the effect — no surprises, no complications. She runs resin-heavy enough to gum up your scissors at harvest, with a classic Indica structure of one main cola and generous side branching. Beginner-friendly, and done in 10-11 weeks.
Where it comes from
Barney's Farm built Blue Mammoth Auto from Blueberry Skunk and Lowryder #1, and the pairing reads exactly as billed: the Blueberry Skunk side hands down the fruit and the resin, while the Lowryder contribution accounts for the autoflowering habit and the short season. She carries an 80 percent Indica lean, and grows to the classic Indica plan the breeder describes, one central cola with a tidy skirt of smaller side branches, each still worth the trouble. Nothing exotic in the family tree, and nothing pretending to be. A working strain from a house that has made a great many of them.
Nose & flavour
Blueberry, and blueberry more or less throughout, the record lists a single note and, for once, it is not being coy. What the nose lacks in range it repays in candour: sweet, ripe fruit with the Skunk underneath lending a little weight. She dresses heavily for the occasion, running greasy enough that the aroma has plenty of resin to cling to.
The high
Relaxed is the entire brief here, and she honours it without complication. There is no cerebral overture to speak of, no second act, simply a steady settling that arrives and stays. The sort of effect that suits an evening with nowhere to be, delivered at 14 percent THC, which keeps the whole affair civil rather than overwhelming. Honest about what it is.
Growing it
She runs from seed to harvest in ten to eleven weeks, reaching a manageable 100 to 120cm, so headroom is not the concern here. Grown as a sea of green under at least 600W of LED, indoor yields land between 600 and 700 g/m², which is a generous return for a plant this forgiving.
