How to grow Auto Jack Herer
Taste
Seb's take
Advanced Seeds' own selection of Jack Herer, autoflowered but no less generous with resin — thick, heavy buds on wide branches. Sweet, fruity and floral on the nose; the high is relaxed, happy and euphoric, dense in flavour in a way the breeder is plainly rather proud of.
Where it comes from
Advanced Seeds' own selection of the hugely popular Jack Herer, crossed with Ruderalis for the automatic habit — and by the breeder's estimation, among the best genetics they have produced. The Jack Herer parent lends the outstanding resin and the celebrated character; the Ruderalis lends the convenience. A plant that autoflowers without giving up the qualities that made its named parent a fixture in the first place.
Nose & flavour
Sweet and fruity with a floral lift — an immensely dense flavour profile, by the breeder's telling, and a refined one. The sweetness leads, the fruit fills, and the floral note keeps it elegant rather than heavy. A well-rounded nose, characterful and clean, that carries the Jack Herer signature faithfully into an autoflowering frame. A pleasant thing to grind, and a generous one.
The high
Relaxed, happy and euphoric — an agreeable, well-balanced experience, the fifteen percent THC keeping matters approachable. A cheerful lift with enough ease behind it to stay comfortable throughout. Undemanding and pleasant, more measured than the Jack Herer name might lead a sativa-hunter to expect. Good company for an unhurried afternoon or evening alike.
Growing it
Flowering runs a tidy sixty-five to seventy days, and the plant reaches a manageable seventy-five to a hundred centimetres, developing thick, heavy buds on wide branches. Yields land at 400 to 500g per square metre, and the resin production is outstanding — the branches may want support as the flowers fill out. A productive, well-behaved grow with genuine quality behind it, and one the breeder is plainly rather proud of. A sound choice across the board.
