How to grow Auto Critical
Taste
Seb's take
Critical crossed with Ruderalis into a taller, densely branched plant whose side buds add up — the fattest specimens have been known to bend under 250g of their own success. Lemon, earth and pine on the nose with a floral note; the high is sleepy, relaxed and tingly, properly happy throughout.
Where it comes from
Critical crossed with Ruderalis, the reliable route to an automatic version of a well-loved plant. Victory Seeds are behind this one, and the Ruderalis has done its usual work — steadying the growth and adding the automatic habit while leaving Critical's productive nature largely undisturbed. The record keeps its cannabinoid figures loose, THC simply high and CBD low, so the character rather than the numbers tells the story here.
Nose & flavour
Lemon leads, bright and clean, over a grounded earthiness, with pine lending a fresh edge and a floral note softening the whole. A lively, well-composed nose — citrus and forest together, with just enough floral lift to keep it from turning heavy. Critical's aromatic reputation comes through plainly.
The high
A broad, generous range of sensations — sleepy and relaxed at the base, tingly through the body, with a curious focus and a settled happiness threaded across it. More layered than the average autoflower's offering, moving from alert to restful as it unfolds. Properly cheerful throughout, and gently sedating by the finish.
Growing it
This is the productive sort — taller than you might expect, with a dense structure of lateral branches heavy with side buds that add real weight to the total. The fattest specimens have been known to bend under as much as 250 grams of their own success. Flowering runs seventy to seventy-seven days, and the plant reaches anywhere from seventy to a hundred and forty centimetres. Yields sit between 350 and 400g per square metre. Give the branches support if they earn it, and they very often will.
