Seb's take

Seb Silverback

The White crossed with an unnamed autoflowering line — an aptly secretive pairing for a strain named after a man with rather a lot to hide. Vigorous and forgiving of enthusiasm, she piles her buds on so densely toward the end that the branches may need support.

Where it comes from

The White crossed with an unnamed autoflowering line; Mephisto Genetics decline to name the second parent, which is a fitting sort of discretion for a plant called Walter White. The White brings the frost and the resin the name plays on; the mystery auto brings the timing. A 60% sativa lean sits on top of it all. What history the record gives is deliberately partial, and I will not fill in the blank the breeder left on purpose.

Nose & flavour

No flavour notes are recorded, so none will come from me. The White is known more for its blanket of resin than any loud aroma; take that as the likely character, restrained and clean rather than pungent, and let the cure settle the detail. I will not name notes the record withholds.

The high

At 19.7% THC on a 60% sativa build, the effect leans toward the lifted and clear rather than the sedating, a bright, heady sort of high in keeping with her makeup. Respectable potency without tipping into the overwhelming. A daytime plant by temperament, in the manner The White tends to pass down to its offspring.

Growing it

Vigorous and forgiving of enthusiasm; the record calls her easy enough for a novice. She finishes in 70 to 80 days, reaching 90 to 120cm, and returns 120 to 150g per plant. One caution: she piles her buds on so densely toward the end of flower that the branches may bend under them, so have support ready before you need it. Her structure takes well to training besides, which makes her adaptable to most indoor or outdoor setups. A rewarding auto that repays a little staking at the finish.
