How to grow Sherbert Gorilla
Taste
Seb's take
Sherbert meets GG#4 Original Glue in Sherbert Gorilla, pungent, fruity and citrus on the nose with hops, earth and wood underneath — a resinous connoisseur's pick for extraction as much as smoking. The high pairs full-body effect with a cerebral energy rush, and finds favour among medicinal users managing pain and sleep.
Where it comes from
Dr Krippling brought together two top-shelf lines for Sherbert Gorilla — the flavour-packed Sherbert and the highly potent, resinous GG#4 Original Glue. Both sides bring flavour and strength in abundance, which makes the cross a connoisseur's pick for extractions and concentrates as much as for the jar. It is an indica-dominant hybrid built on a pair of names that each carry considerable standing, and the pairing was plainly chosen with the dab rig in mind as well as the pipe.
Nose & flavour
Pungent, fruity and citrus up front, with hints of hops, earth and wood filling in underneath — a broad, involved profile that runs from the bright to the savoury. The GG#4 side lends the resinous, fuel-adjacent depth; the Sherbert brings the fruit and sweetness over the top. A layered nose, then, and a resin-heavy one, well suited to the concentrates the record recommends it for. Plenty to unpack across a single session.
The high
Full-body effects paired with a cerebral energy rush — a two-handed sort of high that settles the frame while lifting the mind. It runs energetic and creative, the record noting the buds can be enjoyed throughout the day rather than only at its close. A lively, rounded experience, then, keeping the head engaged while the body eases. Good company for getting on with things rather than winding them entirely down.
Growing it
A medium plant reaching 140 to 180cm, so a little headroom does not go amiss. Flowering runs 56 to 63 days for 450 to 550 g/m², at 22 percent THC. She is notably resinous — a connoisseur's choice for extraction, which tells you plenty about how heavily she dresses for the occasion. The record does not spell out her demands beyond that, so treat her as the resin-heavy hybrid she is: watch the trichomes toward the finish, and expect her to gum up your scissors at trim.
