World Wide Cultivars build Ooze from Cookie, Cream and Secret Weapon lines, a 70% indica hybrid whose name, it turns out, undersells how sticky the result gets. The Cookie and Cream supply the dessert sweetness, the Secret Weapon a little of the mystery its name implies. A resin-heavy plant of moderate demands, it earns its keep on flavour and stick alike. The parentage points squarely at the sweeter end of the shelf, and the plant does not disappoint the expectation.
Nose & flavour
A dessert-and-fuel nose, and a busy one. Diesel and vanilla lead, the record's 'dessert-fuel' is fair, with chocolate biscuit, sweet cream and a fizzy, gassy note lurking beneath. It is sweet and rich rather than sharp, the diesel giving the sugar somewhere serious to sit. A characterful, layered aroma that lives up to the sticky reputation. It does not travel discreetly.
The high
Built around a relaxing body feel with a brighter, happier edge on top, soothing without tipping all the way into sleep. Uplifted and happy at the front, relaxed through the middle, it keeps just enough lift to remain sociable. At 19 to 23% THC it has genuine substance, but the character is more comfortable than crushing. A settling sort of high that still leaves you present.
