Where it comes from
Super Sativa Seed Club crossed Super Lemon Skunk with OG Kush for Lemon O.G., a 65/35 indica-leaning plant that grows without turning the room into a technical seminar. The Super Lemon Skunk supplies the citrus and the Skunk pungency, the OG Kush the backbone and the reliable Kush-style behaviour. It is a straightforward, dependable cross, built for growers who want the OG character without the fuss that sometimes attends it. Plainly named, and plainly effective.
Nose & flavour
Sweet and lemon-forward, with a fruity brightness around it and a peppery warmth underneath, the Skunk heritage lending body to the citrus. It is a clean, appetising profile, the fruit and the lemon up top and the spice grounding it, agreeable to grow and to enjoy alike. A bright, well-rounded nose in the Lemon Skunk manner, with just enough pepper to keep it interesting. Fresh and forward throughout.
The high
Bright first, restful after. The effect opens with a cheerful lift before settling into a deeper physical calm, running happy and euphoric at the top and sleepy at the close. It is a two-part arc, the head brightened before the body eases, which gives it a pleasant range. Good for the transition from an active evening into a quiet one, the lift and the settle handing off to one another in good order.
Growing it
Grows easily and reliably, a solid choice for a cultivator who wants dependable Kush-style behaviour without a fight. She stays a manageable medium, running roughly 75 to 100cm, and flowers over 56 to 63 days. Yield sits at 488 g/m² indoors, and the record notes she becomes a serious producer outdoors given the right conditions. THC is quoted at 20 percent, with CBD at 1.0 percent. An unfussy, well-proportioned plant that rewards a straightforward grow, and one that scales up handsomely in the open air.
