How to grow Killer Kush Auto
Taste
Seb's take
A ruderalis-backed homage to OG Kush, built for speed without sacrificing the resin the original is famous for. Sweet, earthy citrus on the nose leads a relaxed, happy, calming high true to its indica lean. Heavy yields for an autoflower, and forgiving of a grower still finding their feet.
Where it comes from
Sweet Seeds' homage to the original OG Kush, that famous Californian staple, crossed here with a third-generation autoflower to arrive at this fourth-generation, indica-leaning automatic. The OG lends the resin, the aroma and the reputation; the ruderalis line supplies the speed and the fixed clock. The aim was to keep what made the parent worth copying while shedding the wait, and by the resin on the flower it has largely managed it.
Nose & flavour
Sweet and earthy with a citrus lift, faithful to the OG heritage it sets out to honour. Aromatic and resinous, a fuller nose than most autoflowers manage. It carries the OG character without apology.
The high
Relaxed, happy and calming, true to the indica lean, a settling sort of effect rather than a racing one. Easy company for an evening. It carries the OG character without the OG's occasional edge.
Growing it
A compact-to-medium auto of 60 to 100cm, flowering in a brisk 56 days from seed. Yields are heavy for the format, 400 to 550 g/m² indoors, of aromatic, resinous bud, with THC at 18 to 22%. Fast, productive and forgiving of a grower still finding their feet, which is a good deal of what an autoflower is for. OG character on a shortened schedule.
