Where it comes from
Chocolope Kush, G13 Skunk and Kali Mist, three distinct lines cross-bred with what the breeder calls perseverance and faith. The Chocolope brings the cocoa; G13 Skunk the backbone and pungency; Kali Mist a thread of its refined sativa lift. Eighty per cent indica in the final reckoning. The name is a Roald Dahl borrowing, and for once the confectionery promise is kept rather than merely printed on the wrapper.
Nose & flavour
This is where it earns the name honestly, a genuine cocoa-bean scent and a chocolate taste that lingers and leaves you wanting the next. Invigorating and complex around the edges rather than one-note sweet. The sort of aroma that fills a room agreeably.
