Where it comes from
Eva Seeds trace this one to a Jamaica landrace, ninety per cent sativa, and decorated for it, with nine prizes to its name across the XIII Bella Flor Arseca Cup, Copa del Mar and Copa Esmeralda of 2018. For all that sativa on paper, she carries herself more like an indica: midsize, close-branched, understated in stature if not in pedigree. A landrace descendant that keeps its manners.
Nose & flavour
Sweet and floral up front, with woody, earthy depth and a pungent edge underneath, a nose that reads warmer and rounder than a fast sativa usually manages. Pleasant and layered, without shouting. The earth grounds the sweetness nicely. An agreeable profile, honestly done.
The high
Happy and uplifted, creative and focused, a bright sativa head that stays composed rather than racy, with a relaxed undertone keeping it civil. Seventeen to twenty-one per cent THC gives it substance. A daytime high for getting things done, or at least thinking about them clearly.
Growing it
The great virtue here is speed: she finishes in a remarkable forty-two to forty-five days, exceptionally fast, at a compact 80 to 90cm. Yields range from 360 up to 630 g/m² depending on the run. She is modest with nutrients, a heavier feed only now and then, and, true to her sativa lines, keeps developing after flowering begins. Fast, compact and undemanding, a rare combination, and worth the shelf of trophies.
