How to grow Industrial Plant
Taste
Seb's take
Afghani crossed with Thai, stabilised over the years from an Indica-leaning start into something more properly Sativa in structure. Spicy herbal pine and citrus on the nose; fast flowering and high yields come standard, with dense, resin-heavy buds needing the airflow their spacing provides. A working plant, and an energetic, creative high to match.
Where it comes from
Dinafem crossed Afghani with Thai — an indica anchor against a sativa reach — and stabilised her over successive batches, shifting from an early indica-leaning structure toward something more properly sativa in shape. Whatever the phenotype, she has always run to high yields and quick flowering. A working plant, bred and refined for output rather than ceremony.
Nose & flavour
Spicy and herbal at the front, with pine and citrus lifting it and a distinct skunk note underneath — a flowery edge rounds the whole. A bright, layered profile that pulls in several directions and holds them together. Characterful, and rather louder than the modest potency might lead you to expect.
The high
Energetic, euphoric and happy — an uplifting, creative lift that suits daytime and doing. The gentle 10 to 14% THC keeps it manageable and clear-headed rather than overwhelming. Bright, sociable company, and easy to enjoy without losing the afternoon to it.
Growing it
A tall plant — the record puts her at 250cm — with vigorous growth and real resilience, so give her the headroom and she looks after herself. Most of the flowering happens on the main stalk, though the long lateral branches contribute well; the internodal spacing keeps her dense, resin-heavy buds properly ventilated. Fast to finish at 45 to 50 days, yielding a heavy 625 g/m² at 10 to 14% THC. A robust, productive plant for the grower with vertical space to spare.
