The pure Ice line crossed with Grapefruit, splitting into two distinct phenotypes — one short and resin-heavy, one taller and more Sativa in outline. Grapefruit and grape sit alongside citrus and earth on the nose; the high runs relaxed, focused and happy with an uplifted edge. An easy grow, whichever phenotype turns up.
Where it comes from
Female Seeds crossed the pure Ice line with Grapefruit, and the result splits into two distinct phenotypes — one short and resin-heavy in the Ice mould, one taller and more sativa in outline. The Ice parent brings the frost; Grapefruit sees to the citrus. A cross that gives you, in effect, two plants for the price of one packet, depending on which side comes forward.
Nose & flavour
Grapefruit and grape lead — the name earning itself at the first sniff — over a bed of citrus, sweetness and earth. Tangy and bright, with just enough earthy weight to keep it grounded. A vivid, fruit-forward nose, and one of the more literal in the catalogue.
The high
Relaxed and focused, with a happy, euphoric edge and a genuine uplift running through — a balanced effect that lifts the mood without scattering the attention. It settles the body while keeping the head clear. Agreeable, even-handed company for most of the day.
Growing it
An easy grow, a pleasure for novice and expert alike, and responsive to LST. Indoors she stays 80 to 100cm and turns out around 500 g/m²; outdoors she can stretch to 200 to 300cm and yield some 300 grams per plant. Flowering runs eight to nine weeks, at 22 to 24% THC. Whichever phenotype turns up — the compact, resinous one or the taller sativa — she asks little and gives plenty. A forgiving plant with a loud, likeable flavour.
