Nose & flavour
Earthy and nutty at the base, with a distinct cheese note that keeps the nose savoury where the name promises sweet — a more complex profile than dessert branding would suggest. Gelato and Wedding Cake between them supply the richness. Characterful, and a touch more grown-up than expected.
