Shoreline crossed with a Kuchi Kush male, pairing old-school pungent skunk against lemon and diesel in a flavour combination the breeders call a bouquet — modestly, for once. A difficult plant, best left to growers who've earned their scars elsewhere. Not one for a first attempt.
Where it comes from
Devils Harvest crossed their original Shoreline female with a Kuchi male, an incredibly strong Kush, to build vigour into both sides. Shoreline lends the old-school skunk character; the Kuchi Kush brings the strength and the lemon-diesel edge. The two flavours are distinct enough to be read at once, which the breeders, uncharacteristically, call a bouquet. An 80 percent Indica hybrid with a difficult reputation earned honestly.
Nose & flavour
Pungent old-school skunk leads, set against lemon and an almost diesel-like sharpness from the Kush side. The two parents stay legible throughout: you can taste the Shoreline and the Kush at the same time, which is rarer than it sounds. A bouquet, then, though a loud one; it does not travel discreetly.
The high
The record keeps its counsel on the finer effects, but an 80 percent Indica lean at 17 to 19 percent THC points the way plainly enough: weighted toward the body, settled rather than racing. A Kush-heavy temperament that favours the evening and the armchair over anything more ambitious, and holds its ground once it arrives.
Growing it
A difficult plant, by the breeders' own admission, and not one for the novice gardener, best left to growers who have earned their scars elsewhere. Flowering is quick, across 50 to 55 days, which is the reward for the trouble. The record withholds height and yield figures, so plan on temperament over numbers: a demanding, characterful grow that pays those willing to take it on. Clean your scissors like you were taught; the skunk-Kush resin will test them.
