How to grow Dos Si Dos 33
Taste
Seb's take
Dos Si Dos crossed with Gelato #33, spice, mint, and lime on the nose. The high is sleepy, relaxed, and happy at 22 to 28% THC, a straightforward pairing of two proven names rather than anything more elaborate, and no less effective for the lack of fuss.
Where it comes from
Barney's Farm paired Dos Si Dos with Gelato #33, two proven names set side by side with, as the record puts it, the brakes off. Sixty per cent indica, and no elaborate story behind it: a straightforward marriage of a Cookies-heavy parent and a Gelato cut, which is quite enough to be getting on with.
Nose & flavour
Spice leads, cut with mint and a sharp note of lime, a cooler, greener nose than the sweet Gelato name might suggest. The Cookies heritage sits underneath the spice; the citrus keeps it lively.
The high
Sleepy, relaxed, and happy, at twenty-two to twenty-eight per cent THC, firmly the sitting-down sort by the top of that range. The indica dominance carries the body downward while the mood stays light; a settled end to the evening rather than the start of anything.
Growing it
Compact at around 90cm and flowering in 60 to 65 days for a substantial 700 g/m², a heavy return from a small plant, which is rather the point of the pairing. Half a per cent CBD alongside. Manageable in height, generous in weight, and no fuss in between, which is about all a grower can reasonably ask.
