Seb's take

Seb Silverback

A fragrance built on childhood sweetness — cotton candy, honey, strawberry — that hits quickly and settles in for the duration. The high is both cerebral and physical, relaxed and happy with a creative undercurrent. Sweet Seeds have clearly not tried to be subtle, and it works regardless.

Where it comes from

The record keeps the parentage to itself, which is unusual, but Sweet Seeds' house style is written all over her regardless. She is an indica-led hybrid, around 60 percent, with a small measure of CBD at 0.3 percent alongside the THC. What Sweet Seeds have declared instead is the intent: a strain built around sweetness above all else, and named accordingly. Where the genetics stay private, the aim does not.

Nose & flavour

This is the whole point of her. The nose is a free fall into a sweet shop: cotton candy, honey and ripe strawberry stacked one on the next, fruity throughout with no attempt at restraint. Sweet Seeds have not tried to be subtle here, and the aroma is all the better for it. Loud, sugary, and entirely unrepentant.

The high

It arrives all at once and then settles in for the duration. The record describes both a cerebral lift and a body calm working together: relaxed and happy, with a creative streak threading through the middle. Balanced enough to keep you functional, sweet enough to feel like a treat, and long enough to be worth sitting down for.

Growing it

Feminized, and finishing in a tidy sixty-three days. Indoor yields are generous at 500 to 650 g/m², a heavy return for a plant that keeps this quick. No height figure appears in the record, so judge her by temperament: an even indica-sativa split that tends to grow bushy rather than tall, responding well to a little training to keep the canopy level. THC runs from 15 up to 21 percent. Straightforward to bring in, and rewarding for the effort.
