Where it comes from
Barney's Farm brought together two early-2000s heavyweights here: Dr Chronic, a popular strain of the period with well-kept genetics, and Alaskan Thunder Fuck, a North American hybrid known for dense, resinous flowers and generous yields. The cross lands at 80% indica, and both parents show their hand. An emphatic pairing with an emphatic name, and a listed 0.6% CBD riding alongside the potency.
Nose & flavour
Spice up front, with a pungent diesel note doing most of the heavy lifting, fuel-forward and unmistakable. It is a robust, industrial sort of aroma, the kind that fills a space and lingers there. Does not travel discreetly, and does not pretend otherwise.
The high
Relaxed, happy and euphoric, true to the indica majority in its makeup. The Alaskan Thunder Fuck side lends the weight, the Chronic side keeps it agreeable, and the result settles rather than races. A comfortable, unhurried effect that suits the end of the day more than the start of it.
