How to grow Chemdog
Taste
Seb's take
OG Kush, gangster by reputation, meets a rather more respectable Sour Diesel. Pine, lemon and diesel on the nose; the effect runs psychedelic and relaxed, with an appetite following soon after. Best kept indoors to show her full potential, though experienced growers manage well enough outside.
Where it comes from
Green House Seeds built Chemdog from an excellent pairing: the famous OG Kush, gangster by reputation, crossed with the rather more respectable Sour Diesel. It is a 70% indica, 30% sativa hybrid, and with a genetic set that strong the result was never going to be dull. She is chiefly an indoor plant, showing her full potential under a controlled roof, though experienced growers manage good results in the open air as well.
Nose & flavour
The nose is led by pine and diesel, with a clean lemon note lifting the base. It is a classic Chem profile, resinous and savoury, the fuel and pine grounding it while the citrus keeps it bright. A pungent, characterful aroma that carries well and marks her lineage plainly for anyone who knows it.
The high
The effect runs psychedelic and relaxed, a heady, engaging experience with an appetite following soon after. It settles the body while keeping the mind lively and a little untethered, the sort of high that rewards a comfortable setting and a full pantry. A characterful, mobile sort of experience rather than a heavy sinking one.
Growing it
Feminized, and best kept indoors where she shows her full potential, though experienced growers do well enough outside. Flowering completes in a tidy 63 days, and indoor yields are stated at a heavy 800 g/m², a genuinely substantial return. THC sits at around 21.5%, with CBD at 1.5%. No final height is given, so plan by disposition and give her a controlled indoor environment to work in. Reward her with steady care and she returns real weight for the effort.
