How to grow White Lavender
Taste
Seb's take
G13 Labs crossed White Widow with Lavender to raise a tall lady in every sense — give her the headroom, as she'll clear 1.5 metres even indoors. Lavender and flowery sweetness lead the nose, pungent underneath; the high runs relaxed, happy and creative. Mostly Sativa, and forgiving of enthusiasm at 18% THC.
Where it comes from
G13 Labs crossed White Widow with Lavender, and the union produced a tall lady in every sense of the phrase. The Widow supplies the resin and the reliable frame, Lavender the floral top note and the height, and the record is clear that any grower can manage her regardless of experience. A first-class plant assembled from two well-regarded parents, with no secret to the growing of her.
Nose & flavour
Lavender leads, as the name insists — floral and perfumed across the top, sweet through the middle, with a pungent, earthy base keeping it grounded. It is an unusually aromatic profile, more scented than most, and rather elegant for it. The flowers announce themselves by perfume before anything else, which is the whole charm of her.
The high
Relaxed and happy at the base, euphoric and creative over the top, with an uplifted thread running through — a mostly Sativa hybrid, so the effect lifts as much as it settles. Good-humoured company that keeps the head engaged rather than closing it down. One for pleasant afternoons more than for turning in.
Growing it
Give her the headroom, and mean it — the record notes she will clear 1.5 metres even indoors, so plan the vertical space before she takes it for herself. She flowers across 60 to 65 days at 18% THC, and is forgiving of enthusiasm, growers of any level reporting good results indoors or out. The record does not commit a yield to paper, so I will leave that unsaid rather than guess. Give her the room and she is otherwise an easy tenant.
