How to grow Supreme Lemon
Taste
Seb's take
Super Silver Haze and Lemon Skunk combine into a candy-citrus nose that lives up to the name without much argument. Sativa-leaning, the high runs energetic, euphoric, and creative, from a plant that finishes quicker than most of its Haze relatives despite growing tall given the room.
Where it comes from
Vision Seeds crossed Super Silver Haze with Lemon Skunk to make Supreme Lemon, and the name is a fair statement of the result. Both parents carry citrus, the Lemon Skunk overtly and the Super Silver Haze through its bright, resinous character, so the fruit was never in doubt. She is sativa-dominant at 70 per cent, and her supremacy shows early in a short maturity and flowering cycle that sets her apart from many of her longer-waiting Haze relatives.
Nose & flavour
True to her name, she gives a candy and citrus aroma and taste, sweet and bright and forward. The lemon leads, exactly as the parentage insists, and a fruited, candied sweetness rounds it out into something more than a simple citrus. A cheerful, unmistakable nose that lives up to the name without much argument, the sort that makes plain where it came from at first opening.
The high
With negligible CBD and splendidly high THC, the effect runs to supreme creativity and liveliness. It is energetic, euphoric and creative, the sativa dominance keeping the head switched on and the mood lifted, a bright and engaged high rather than a settling one. Good daytime company for a mind that wants to do something with the lift, and disinclined to sit you down before you are ready for it.
Growing it
A medium plant reaching 100cm and more indoors, and up to 180cm outdoors given the room, which is tidy for a Haze relation. She finishes quicker than most of her family, flowering in 70 days despite the sativa heritage, and the buds and flowers run resinous. The yield is a solid 500 g/m², and THC sits at 21 per cent. A shorter, faster take on a familiar lineage, she rewards a grower after Haze character without the Haze's usual patience, and keeps her stature honest while she does it.
