How to grow Steve’s Dream Queen
Taste
Seb's take
A tribute to Steve DeAngelo built on Green Crack stock, lively and daytime-leaning without tipping into frantic. Fruity, earthy, and citrus on the nose; the high is social, happy, and relaxed with just enough voltage for the sofa not to win outright. Vigorous and resin-rich in the garden.
Where it comes from
Built on Green Crack stock and framed as a tribute to Steve DeAngelo, this one leans sativa and daytime, lively without turning frantic. A Californian favourite in its previous life, refined here for sturdy, resin-rich growth. The lineage shows in the voltage - energetic and talkative, the sort of plant that suits a busy afternoon rather better than a quiet one.
Nose & flavour
Fruit and citrus lead, bright and lively, over an earthy base that keeps the whole thing from floating off. A cheerful nose to match a cheerful plant - nothing heavy or brooding about it. The sort of aroma that reads as a promise of the effect to follow.
The high
Energetic without becoming frantic, happy and talkative with just enough body balance to stay comfortable. Suited to creative work, social plans, or any moment that could use a little extra voltage. Relaxed underneath, but the sofa never quite wins outright - the head stays in the game.
Growing it
A vigorous sativa-dominant plant that rewards steady care and clean environmental control - give her the headroom, as she finishes at roughly 150cm. Flowering runs fifty-six to seventy days for 397 to 488 g/m², resin-rich by the close. THC across 20 to 25 per cent. Not a difficult grow, but one that repays discipline in the tent with a sturdy, glittering return.
