The original Shoreline was long lost, preserved only by crossing a surviving cut with an Oasis male from Dutch Passion — a rescue job, essentially. Sweet, earthy, skunky and pungent, she does not travel discreetly, and can turn out in a rainbow of colours come harvest. The high runs euphoric, giggly and creative, popular enough to have been an Amsterdam coffeeshop favourite.
Where it comes from
The original Shoreline was, by the account Devils Harvest give, long lost — preserved only when someone crossed a surviving cut with an Oasis male from Dutch Passion to keep the line alive. Grown out again and selected down to the clone in use today, it is very much a rescue job, and a successful one. A 60 percent indica with a genuine survival story behind it, and a plant that owes its continued existence to a bit of quick thinking rather than a tidy breeding plan.
Nose & flavour
Sweet and earthy, with a skunk backbone and a pine lift, all of it pungent enough that the record calls the stench incomparable — she does not travel discreetly. The profile is loud and layered, sweet at the edges and savoury at the core, the sort that fills a space and refuses to leave quietly. A distinctive, assertive nose, then, and part of what makes her a must-try. Unmistakable, and rather proud of it.
The high
Euphoric, giggly and happy, with an uplifted, creative streak running through — a cheerful, sociable effect that keeps to the brighter side despite the indica lean. It lifts the mood and loosens the room rather than settling you into the furniture. A good-humoured, engaging sort of high, the kind that suits company and conversation.
