Three names go into this one: Gorilla, the Glue lineage famed for a grip that stalls trimming scissors, crossed with Cookies for sweetness and a ruderalis clone for the automatic habit. It is a modern pairing of two of the loudest strains going, tempered into a plant that flowers on its own clock. The Gorilla name is the load-bearing one here, and by the pungency alone, thoroughly earned.
Nose & flavour
Sour and piney with a diesel undercurrent, the fuel-forward end of the spectrum, sharp and resinous. This is a strain that argues, all on its own, for a heavy-duty carbon filter: she does not travel discreetly, and the neighbours will know your business without one. The sort of aroma that fills a room before the jar is open.
The high
Heavy. Sleepy and relaxed with a euphoric warmth running through, the 20% THC living up to the Gorilla name and settling firmly into the body. An end-of-evening affair rather than a working one, once she takes hold, plans tend to quietly cancel themselves. Weighty, glued-in and unhurried.
