How to grow Purple #1
Seb's take
A purple Afghani crossed with Sativa and Indica lines, bred so faithfully that up to ninety percent of plants turn a genuine violet at the start of flowering. Spice, fruit and diesel on the nose, with a happy, energetic, euphoric high. Fully adapted to Dutch weather, and no less colourful for it.
Growing Purple #1: what to expect
Feminized, so you'll not be sexing plants or evicting males. Photoperiod, so veg lasts exactly as long as you decide — see the vegetative stage on how long that ought to be.
Expect around 8 weeks in flower — textbook timing. Textbooks, for once, being useful: here's ours.
Tall, at 250 cm or better. Indoors that means training from early on; outdoors it means picking a spot the neighbours can't see over.
Not a heavy producer, and untroubled by that fact. Grow her for what she is rather than for the scales — though good practice will still add a little.
Potency sits in the milder band — 15% THC on the breeder's sheet. No embellishment from us; the figure is the figure.
Fuel on the nose — she does not travel discreetly.
Effects report as chiefly uplifting — she raises the tone of a room rather than lowering the lights.
