How to grow Mendocino Purple Kush
Seb's take
Purple Mendocino crossed with Purple Kush, and vigorous enough outdoors to clear two to three metres given the chance. High in THC, with an indoor yield around 450 grams a square metre over a compact eight-to-nine-week flower. She is unambiguous about overfeeding — the plant will tell you immediately, and not kindly.
Growing Mendocino Purple Kush: what to expect
Feminized photoperiod seed: every plant a female, and flowering starts when you change the lights — which puts the calendar in your hands. The photoperiod lesson covers using that control well.
Flowering runs the standard 9 weeks — no surprises, which in this business is a compliment. The flowering stage guide covers what each of those weeks should look like.
She wants to be a tree — 300 cm and climbing if you let her. Give her the headroom or teach her manners early: training techniques are not optional here.
A solid, dependable yield — 450 g/m² under decent conditions. Nothing that requires bragging; everything that justifies the effort. The yield lesson covers getting to "decent conditions".
