Purple Kush and the Original GG4 combine in Gorilla Glue Purple, a near-even hybrid built for resin as much as colour. Earthy at the base with a fruity sweetness on the finish, the high is happy, euphoric and creative before easing the body into calm at up to 21% THC.
Where it comes from
Purple Kush lends the colour, Original GG4 the resin, and between them World Wide Cultivars have a near-even hybrid that leans very slightly indica. The Purple Kush side is the older hand — a heavy, hashy Afghan-descended line — while the Glue brings its signature stickiness and fuel. The record also calls it GG Purple. What you get is a plant bred as much for what it will produce in a press as for the flower itself.
Nose & flavour
Earth sits at the base, the Kush parent's contribution, with a fruity sweetness lifting the finish into something softer. It is the gentler end of the Glue family on the nose, less diesel than its relatives and more approachable for it. Resin-heavy buds mean the aroma carries, and carries well.
