Sweet blueberry and berry on the nose, courtesy of DJ Short's own Blueberry crossed onto Canadian Ruderalis stock. The high is the sitting-down sort — relaxed, calming, built for evening use rather than efficiency. Short and stocky in the garden, which is more discipline than the name lets on.
Where it comes from
DJ Short's own Blueberry crossed onto a Canadian Ruderalis clone, Fast Buds building an autoflower around one of the most celebrated berry lines in cannabis. The Blueberry lends the colour, the sweetness, and the pedigree; the Ruderalis lends the automatic habit and the compact, stocky frame. At 65 percent Indica she keeps her parent's evening character while gaining a quicker, hardier constitution. One of the nicer Blueberry hybrids on that count alone.
Nose & flavour
Sweet blueberry and berry lead the nose, the DJ Short heritage showing clearly and pleasantly. Vivid blue and purple flower carries a ripe, fruited aroma that reads more dessert than hedgerow. Little here weighs it down; it is bright, sweet, and true to its name throughout, a proper berry from start to finish.
The high
Long-lasting and settled, relaxed, calming, and eventually sleepy, an evening plant through and through. At 19 percent THC the effect leans firmly toward the body and the armchair; this is the sitting-down sort, best kept for the end of the day. It arrives gently and stays a while, in no hurry to let you up.
