Seb's take

Seb Silverback

Horchata crossed with Kosher, mostly Indica in temperament though it doesn't taste that way — sweet vanilla and mint, with a skunky backbone keeping things from turning into dessert. Euphoric and focused up top, relaxing as it settles. Give her the headroom at 150cm.

Where it comes from

World Wide Cultivars crossed Horchata with Kosher into a hybrid that is mostly indica in temperament though it does not taste that way. The record names both parents plainly and keeps the make-up THC-forward — 23 to 28 per cent against a low CBD. A 40/60 sativa-to-indica split that behaves, at the close, exactly as that ratio suggests, whatever the sweet nose might lead you to expect.

Nose & flavour

Sweet vanilla and mint up front, with a skunky backbone underneath keeping things from turning into dessert. That contrast is the whole appeal — creamy and fresh on top, savoury and grounding beneath. A nose that starts as pudding and ends as something with more character.

The high

Euphoric with a lift, and focused with it — an engaged, functional opening that gives way to a relaxing finish as the indica side asserts itself. A balanced hybrid experience with a mostly indica personality: bright first, settled second. Company for a productive stretch that winds down of its own accord.

Growing it

A medium plant at around 150cm, and quick — flowering in just 49 to 56 days, fast for the class. The yield range is wide and generous, 336 to 641 g/m², so give her a little headroom and feed her well to reach the top of it. Manageable indoors with early shaping, and comfortable in warm outdoor spaces. A fast, productive hybrid that packs real potency behind a deceptively sweet nose — worth the modest effort she asks.
