The autoflowering version of Critical Kush, staying under 80cm with one dominant cola doing most of the work. Wood, pine and earth on the nose, turning properly pungent from week four — a carbon filter is not optional. The high is calming, relaxed and sleepy, true to her 90% Indica build.
Where it comes from
Barney's Farm crossed Critical Kush with an autoflowering line to give the pure-indica original a self-timing habit and a smaller frame. She remains short and stocky, a 90% indica through and through, and reads as a true Kush across the whole grow. A tidy conversion of a heavyweight favourite — the character kept, the height and the wait trimmed away.
Nose & flavour
Wood, pine and earth lead — a proper Kush nose that holds throughout the grow and turns properly pungent from around week four or five. Grounded and resinous rather than sweet or bright, with real weight to it. Loud enough by mid-flower that a carbon filter stops being a luxury and becomes a necessity.
The high
Calming, relaxed and sleepy, true to her 90% indica build — a settled, weighty character that eases the body and quiets the evening. The sitting-down sort, and no pretence otherwise. She draws a firm line under the day and invites you to stay on the near side of it.
Growing it
She stays short and stocky, under 80cm — 70 to 80cm — usually forming one huge main cola with several side branches of similar-sized bud. Flowering runs 70 to 80 days from sprouting, and the yield is a solid 550 g/m² of hard, dense flower. Very easy to grow, and low on demands. One caution: those pungent smells arrive around week four, so fit the carbon filter before they do rather than after.
