Where it comes from
Herbies Seeds crossed Animal Cookies with OG Kush for this one, a 65% indica, 35% sativa hybrid also answering to Concrete Shoes and Concrete Slippers. The name borrows a favoured technique of the mob hitman, and the heavy body stone makes the reference unmissable; whoever christened her was not being subtle. The Animal Cookies side brings the sweetness and the density, OG Kush the backbone, and the combination has clearly kept the family talent for weight.
Nose & flavour
The nose leads with a nutty sweetness, a warm, dessert-like base, and behind it sit berry and a bright lemon lift. It is a rich, layered aroma, sweet up top with just enough sourness to keep it from cloying. The Animal Cookies parentage shows plainly here, a soft, moreish character that carries well through dense, sticky flower.
The high
The effect is a heavy, calming body stone, relaxing and sleepy, that settles over you and keeps you where you are for the evening.
