Original Haze crossed with a particularly lemony phenotype of Amnesia, for a citrus-forward Sativa hybrid that flowers in a comparatively brisk ten weeks. Well-established, hardy genetics that all but grow themselves, forgiving of enthusiasm whether this is a first grow or the fiftieth. Yields upwards of 450g/m² for the averagely attentive.
Where it comes from
VIP Seeds crossed Original Haze with a particularly lemony phenotype of Amnesia to arrive here, a Sativa-dominant hybrid at eighty percent Sativa. Two very successful parents, and the selection of a citrus-forward Amnesia cut is what gives her the character. Well-established genetics with nothing experimental about them, which is often the quiet mark of a good one. A classic, sensibly assembled.
Nose & flavour
Citrus leads, and unmistakably so, on the strength of that lemony Amnesia parent. It is the defining note rather than one among several, sharp and clean off the exhale. The record does not crowd it with other descriptors, and I see no reason to; when a nose is this clear, embellishment only muddies it.
The high
The effects are not set down in detail, so I will keep to her Sativa bearing, eighty percent of it, which points to a lifted, daytime character rather than a settling one. THC is recorded only as high. A plant, by all accounts, that suits the earlier hours and the sociable ones, and asks little to give of her best.
Growing it
A short-flowering beauty by the record, around ten weeks, sixty-five to seventy days, which is brisk for a Sativa of this weighting. She is hardy and robust and all but grows herself, forgiving of enthusiasm whether this is a first venture or a fiftieth. The average cultivator can expect upwards of four hundred and fifty grams the square metre, with more on offer for those who really tip the scales on harvest day. Little fuss, fair reward.
