Amnesia Haze crossed with Lemon Pie — itself a UK Pineapple and Lemon Thai Ko Samui cross — for a strong, mouth-watering lemon citrus nose. The high is energetic and cerebral, built for daytime rather than the evening, and unmistakably Sativa in character throughout.
Where it comes from
Amnesia Haze crossed with Lemon Pie, and the record hands over Lemon Pie's own pedigree, which is the more interesting half: a UK Pineapple crossed with Lemon Thai from Ko Samui, the Thai island. So the citrus in the name is no marketing invention; it descends from a genuine Thai lemon sativa, doubled up by pairing it with the citric Amnesia Haze. Garden of Green lean the result to 70% sativa and call it a unique strain, which the layered lemon lineage goes some way to earning.
Nose & flavour
Lemon and citrus, strong and mouth-watering, that is the one flavour note the record commits to, and given a lineage running through Lemon Thai and Lemon Pie both, it is thoroughly earned. No further detail is logged, so I will not embroider it. A sharp, bright, unabashedly citric nose, concentrated by a parentage that seems to have chosen lemon at every fork in the road.
The high
