Amnesia crossed with Neville's Haze, wood and earth on the nose with citrus threading through underneath. A multiple Cup winner in her day, she still delivers the typical Sativa combination of relaxed, euphoric and energetic in one properly generous harvest, both indoors and out.
Where it comes from
Royal Queen's original Amnesia Haze, which the record traces to a cross of Amnesia and Neville's Haze, the latter one of the more storied names in Dutch breeding, a haze bred for reach and cerebral force. That pairing is the backbone of the whole modern Amnesia phenomenon, and this version has the cabinet to show for it: a multiple Cup winner in its day. The 70/30 sativa lean keeps it firmly on the haze side, pleasing growers and consumers alike, as these decorated lines tend to.
Nose & flavour
Wood and earth at the base, with citrus threading brightly through the top, a drier, more grounded haze nose than the sweeter members of the family, the earthiness lending it a certain gravity. The citrus keeps it lively. It is a classic, well-balanced aroma, neither showy nor shy, and faithful to the parent lines that made the name. It carries, as any good haze does.
The high
The typical Amnesia combination: relaxed, euphoric and energetic all at once, the head lifted and the body eased without either taking over. At 22% THC it has genuine substance behind the brightness. It is a generous, sociable high, as at home in company as at a workbench, and slow enough to arrive that it rewards a little patience. Well mannered for all its strength.
